How do I join or renew my MAC membership?

You may join MAC or renew your MAC membership on our website. Your membership must be up to date in order to receive discounted conference registration rates. The 2026 MAC membership year runs from August 2, 2026, to July 31, 2027. If you are new to MAC, you can learn about our membership benefits on the above linked page.

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards and wire transfers. Registration rates provided on the main registration page exclude transaction fees added by the vendor checkout.

Please make sure to complete all steps for registration: the online registration form and your registration payment. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. A receipt will be issued to the email address you use at registration automatically for credit card payments, or manually by MAC’s Treasurer or Secretariat for wire transfers.

Are there any additional fees at checkout?

Yes. A small transaction fee is applied at checkout to cover payment processing costs. For most payments, this is approximately 3% per transaction. The exact amount may vary depending on your payment method, whether your card is issued internationally, and if currency conversion is required. All applicable fees will be clearly shown in your order summary before you complete your purchase.

Can I select certain days to register and attend?

No. Due to our organizational capacity, we only offer registration for the entire conference. Recordings of sessions will be made available after the conference on our YouTube channel for MAC members.

Do you have any volunteer opportunities?

Yes! We are an entirely volunteer-run organisation, and we are always looking for volunteers, including during the conference. Please fill out this Google form and someone from the conference committee will reach out to you.

Is there a student rate?

Yes! If you are a student, please register with your university’s email address.

How do I register my group?

For each person registered, please provide their name and email address. If your organization’s staff are registering and paying on your behalf, please follow the instructions in the registration form to register multiple people.

What is your policy on refunds or cancelling?
